Amanda Freese received a double major in early childhood (PK-3rd) and elementary education (K-6th) with a literacy minor from the University of Northern Iowa.  She believes children learn best through hands on learning and she loves to utilize literacy-based lessons as a learning tool.

Crystal Krenz

Crystal Krenz has been at Trinity Lutheran School since 2013, and has an associate degree in Early Childhood Education. She is the lead teacher for the three-year-old classroom and also teaches the Little Lambs for Sunday School at Trinity. In addition to leading those rooms, Mrs. Krenz is the four-year-old classroom aide and also works in the daycare program. She has been a member of Trinity Lutheran Church since 2005. Her husband, Matt Krenz, is a Trinity graduate, and her daughter Claire will be in kindergarten at Trinity this year.



Leslie Drees

Leslie Drees is a graduate of Concordia University in Seward, Nebraska where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education with a K-12 Instrumental Music endorsement and a K-8 Classroom Music endorsement. Leslie has taught at Trinity since 2006.

Elissa Musil graduated in 2015 from Wartburg College in Waverly, IA, where she received her bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education with an endorsement in reading. She spent a year full-time substitute teaching before finding her place at Trinity. She grew up in Ely, IA and loves to be outside playing sports, spending time with her family, or inside with a good book. She believes that all students can get excited about learning, and can’t wait to get to know her students and the Trinity community!
