Mueller's Message

Last school year when the Trinity Trumpet was still being published in a hard copy format, I always shared a few of my thoughts on our school in Mueller’s Message.  Well, it’s back, and I’m going online with it.  My remarks will be posted on TAB and on the Principal’s Page at Trinity’s website.

Thank you for your generous response with chapel offerings these past two Wednesdays.  Our students gave $465 to assist St. James Lutheran Church and School in Northrop, Minnesota.  Our Trinity students have also made cards with words of encouragement that we are sending to the students of St. James.   During a storm lightning struck the altar in St. James Church and the building burned down.  The school sustained extensive water and smoke damage.  We have a special connection with St. James in that one of our preschool students, Adrianne Smith’s grandfather is the pastor of that congregation.

You might be surprised that you may qualify for financial assistance with your tuition.  We have found that some families don’t apply because they just figure their income is too high.  It is always worth filling out the Iowa Lutheran School Tuition Organization (ILSTO) form.  They are available in the school office, on our school’s website, or you can go to  Forms must be postmarked by April 29.
