Distribution of Non-School Materials
Trinity Lutheran School recognizes that students, employees, and community members may want to share information with the school community that is non-school sponsored. As the distribution of print materials in school buildings is time and cost prohibitive, posting electronically furthers the school goal of reducing paper usage.
Individuals or organizations wishing to post material on the Trinity Announcement Blog (TAB) must submit the material through the online submission process through the school website at school.trinitycr.org. The submitting organization will receive an electronic approval or denial message within seven (7) business days. If approved, the flyer will be posted directly to the Trinity Announcement Blog (TAB).
The Trinity Announcement Blog (TAB) posting site will contain the following statement:
“The posting of this flyer in no way suggests endorsement of the program by Trinity Lutheran School.”
Material will not be distributed if it:
Materials to be posted must be approved by the School Administration.
Permission to post material does not imply endorsement of its contents by the School Administration, the Board of Christian School or the individual reviewing the material submitted.
Approval for distribution will be on a content-neutral basis except that all materials must have school-related purpose.
